Grounded in the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga tradition, Katharina emphasizes developing a strong breathing technique and mental focus. Through her intensive yoga teacher training in Bali and working with renowned teachers such as Matthew Vollmer, Greg Nardi, Tom Austin, Kristina Karitinou-Ireland, and Philippa Asher, she has cultivated an unparalleled understanding of this complex and highly effective method.
