I’m posting this in the general feed instead of the Playground group. Hope it’s useful. It’s made a big difference in my manifestation abilities over the last year.

Playfulness ranks as a superpower when it comes to manifestation. It engages our nervous system, allows us to flow back into the childhood memories of when we knew we could create anything, and allows for joyous experiences and other states of being that lead to happiness and fulfillment.

There can also be a downside. Over the past year, I have sharply tuned my skills to notice when I’m playing with and when I’m playing at. These two energies produce very different results.

The biggest difference? Playing with something allows for it to come into my reality while playing at keeps it in the infinite wishlist pile.

We have unique energies that are shaped by origins, experiences, desires and other things. You may need to adjust the list as you look into this.

Playing With:1. I’m in the flow. My senses and nervous system are engaged. 2. I’m aligned with it. I know it’s coming. I know it’s mine. 3. It is a consistent priority. I give it energy daily, offload, & spend time in it. 4. When I can’t give it a lot of energy, I do what I can and then quickly get back into the routine. I don’t let ‘life happens’ programs stop me from having my desires. 5. There’s no obsessing, self-judgment, second-guessing myself…etc. If these things pop up (and they do as the energy clears), I start asking questions, offloading and dealing with the resistances. 6. It is so much fun to acknowledge them. I feel very loved by the Universe/Multiverse during creation and after manifestation. 7. New ideas pop up that allow impact, growth and incredible experiences.

Playing At: 1. It only exists as a thought somewhere in my energy field. No body/nervous system engagement. 2. While there’s a hint of happiness, there’s more than a little apathy. 3. Lots of obvious and sneaky limiting beliefs appear that keep me trying to talk myself out of it. 4. No consistency with it. I find myself rarely giving it energy. Everything else is a bigger priority. 5. Self- judgment. I get irritated at myself when I don’t tend to it yet don’t do anything to improve the consistency. 6. I don’t give it energy then obsessively give it energy, tell myself I shouldn’t have expectations then I’m not manifesting because I don’t have clear expectations/goals.

Can I change the energy from playing at to playing with? Absolutely! I have done it and will talk about it in part 2.

Disclaimer: Yes, I have written goals down, cleared once, forgot about it and had them manifest. I suspect this happened because they were part of a bigger goal and moved as the bigger goal moved. Exceptions rather than rules.

In Part 2, I’ll talk about how I move them from the ‘At list’ to the ‘With list’. In the meantime… where are you playing with and where are you playing at?
